CritiCall Ontario has been supporting hospital-based physicians since 1988, when Hamilton physician Dr. Frank Baillie created a regional program for physicians in Central West Ontario. In 1996, CritiCall Ontario began delivering its unique service to all acute care hospitals in Ontario and continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of physicians and their urgent and emergent patients.
