Provincial Quality Initiatives
CritiCall Ontario has dedicated Client Relations Managers to support hospitals, Ontario Health, provincial specialty groups and partners to broker solutions to enhance access to critical care for urgent and emergent patients. Our Client Relations Managers participate in local meetings related to the provision of services for urgent and emergent patients; provide education on CritiCall Ontario’s role and services for hospitals, Ontario Health and specialty groups; work collaboratively with partner organizations and actively participate in hospital/Ontario Health based innovation projects to improve access to services for urgent and emergent patients. They also support hospitals in their use of the PHRS and Repatriation Tool including facilitating updates to the inventory of services and resources.
